Capabilities
Custom process equipment, engineered before it’s built.
Pressure vessels, reactors, columns, separators and rotary equipment in carbon steel, stainless, duplex and nickel alloys. Every job starts with an engineer reading your drawing [confirm: every order].

What we build
We build four kinds of equipment, all engineered by the same team.
Every capability below is designed, calculated and built in the same Montréal shop, with the drawing checked before the steel is cut.

Engineering & design
The engineering comes first, so the fabrication goes right.
This is the path every drawing takes through Dimartech. Steps 02 and 03 are where design problems get caught, on paper, before they cost you in the shop or the field.
01
Your drawing or spec
P&ID, GA, datasheet or a problem
02
Design review
Code, materials, schedule, what we’d change
03
Calculations
ASME VIII-1, FEA, fatigue where needed
04
Fabrication drawings
Issued for your approval
05
Inspector acceptance
Calculations to your Authorized Inspector
06
Build, test, document
NDE, hydro, U-1A and the data book
Steps 02 and 03 make up the Pre-Fabrication Analysis. You see it before you commit [confirm terms].
Design review and redesign
When long-lead Inconel threatened a refinery shutdown, we redesigned the part with an overlay and met the date (AZZ).
Calculations and FEA
Fatigue analysis for vessels rated to 2,000,000 cycles, with 100% RT on every butt weld (Guild).
Design for manufacture
A prototype gasifier improved over three orders until it became a commercial product.
